Occasionally in our lives we may need some help to sort out our problems, some confusion or feelings that concern us. At such times we may feel alone.
This may be the reason that you are reading my website. If so I want to reassure you that I offer a completely professional, safe and confidential counselling therapy practise.
I am an accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor (UKCP Registered) and have 15 years experience working with a range of common mental health issues like:

- Anxiety and panic

- Relationship breakdown
- Loss
- Low self esteem
- Anger and assertiveness
- Body image
- Coping with illness and pain
My style of therapy
It is finding the right therapist that is important and I would encourage you to "audition" any therapist you are considering working with. To facilitate this I offer an initial session at a reduced rate and with no obligation to continue. This is so we can meet and discuss your needs. I will then suggest a treatment style that will suit your personality. I have been trained in all the most popular models of psychotherapy and also have a psychology degree.
My private practise is situated in the EX9 area and very easy to asses from Exmouth, Woodbury, Otter St Mary and surrounds and there is plenty of parking on the premises.
Qualifications and Training
I hold a degree in Psychology
An Advance Diploma in Counselling
In addition I have training in CBT, creative therapy and counselling supervision.
My counselling experience had been gained in several local surgeries and I have run a private in East Devon for 12 years. Prior to this I worked abroad and was employed in adult training and career guidance.
I am on the UKCP and work to the code of this.
